We are committed to offering our customers the highest levels of service at all times. Our aim is to respond to your queries within one business day during office hours (9am – 5.30pm). Complaints Handling Procedure
Occasionally things do go wrong. In the first instance any problems or queries in relation to the delivery or management of your work should be raised with the person you are dealing with at Webpro who is handling your work. If your problem is not dealt with to your satisfaction, or if you do not feel able to take up the problem directly in this way, then please email email@example.com and include a telephone number for us to contact you. In the first instance, we will contact you by phone to discuss the problem and work with you to resolve it. We aim to respond to all complaints raised in this way within 3 working days of the email being received and we will agree a timetable for the next stage of the process with you at that time.
If your issue is about a .uk domain name registration, and you are not happy with the initial outcome, you can escalate the matter to Nominet (the .uk registry) here.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction.
